THE REGION
You will find within a 50km radius of Arles an architectural and environmental heritage close to none. As soon as you leave the town of Arles in the direction of "Les Saintes-Maries de la Mer" you enter the Camargue, a territory rich in protected environments.
On the other side, in the direction of Fontvielle, you need only go 3km before you find yourself in the heart of the olive groves and arid landscape of the Alpilles where you will find the famous villages of : Fontvieille, Les Baux de Provence, Le Paradou, Maussane les Alpilles…
In an easterly direction, via Saint-Martin de Crau, you find the Crau, the land of the sheep pastures. Lastly, once you have discovered the richness of the Pays d’Arles, you can go on to discover the neighbouring towns : Nîmes (30km), Avignon (35km), the Pont Du Gard (45km)…
